1. Where does the WIN7 update, from Microsoft Update via Internet or from WSUS server?
2. If win7 update from WSUS server, then what is the status of the WSUS server, please check if the client could report to the WSUS server and check if there are errors in WSUS event viewer;
3. What is the error do you get when you update the Win7, what message does it return after checking for updates, update to date or errors?
4. Please run windows update troubleshooter on the WIN7, it may help solve general issues;
5. Please provide the information required above, if after doing the above, it still doesn't work, please also check the windows update log in C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log.
