SFB 2015 search showing 2 entries for random users with same email address RRS feed

  • When I search an user with email in SFB client getting two records pointing to same contact cards.

    not sure why SFB client is showing me 2 records when search by one email address.

    please advise !!!!!!

  • Issue was resolved as user was having separate SIP address and email address.

    After matching the email address with SIP address issue was fixed.
