Just making it more clear, the issue is that no matter you get a missing call via IP phone or Skype missing call via desktop client, you will get multiple repeating miss notification mail from Outlook?
- If so, did you make any changes before the issue occurs? Or it has always been there?
- How many users got such issue, specific user or all users?
If it only impacts one specific user, please try to reset the related options on the SFB client. Open Skype for business desktop client> Options> Tools >Options>Personal>Exchange and Outlook integration, then
untick Save call logs in my email Conversation History folder.
And have a test with a phone call, see if the miss call notification is not sent to Outlook. Then tick the option again, see if the notification would get normally sent out.
