have office 365 but no Word

Question

Hi All,
I have recently renewed by Office 365 Personal subscription - it installed Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, Publisher, Access and Outlook but not Word. What am I doing wrong??

Hi,
What leads you to believe that you do not have Word installed? Generally you cannot leave Word off a 365 installation.
Try typing Word in Cortana. What happens?

Hi,
What’s your operating system? Have you tried to find and open Word application from the “Start” screen?

If the problem persists, please let us know how you updated Office 365 before? And please send us the configure.xml.
