Port 7500 no longer works after sleep RRS feed

  • Question

  • I was using a communications program called GCN on my laptop using Vista.  The site of the GCN program is and it was fine.  I left it running and went out fo 3 hours.  When I came back the computer seemed to have gone into sleep although I have always set it to never sleep.  The result is that it cannot now log into the GCN  program (and neither can another computer on the same home network).  GCN say the port they use is 7500.  Any ideas?  Thanks, Andrew
