Actual and scheduled start date in workflows, definitions RRS feed

    Could someone help with description of Actual start date and Scheduled start date? As I understand Actual end date is specified when status changes to close, and Scheduled end date is specified manually. Am I right? Do these settings mean the same for Incidents and Service Requests?
