How to add partner contact in all skype for business online users RRS feed

    Hi ,

    We have skype for business 2015 and Skype for business Online which is different company.

    We have federation so that all users can see the availability and perform chat as well. Now support group want us to add support chat id in all users contact list so that they can directly ping the support group in both company.

    How to perform this task for all users in online and on premise skype for business users ?

    Hi Am230089,

    Based on my research, it is not supported to add/map a user or a group to all users’ SFB client in the Server side or online by Microsoft. You could only let users to search the user ID or the distribution group and then add them as the contact list.

    About this, I suggest you could post a feedback in the SFB feedback website. Microsoft will improve MS products based on the feedback and hope this problem will be solved in the near future.
