Can I display data from two cubes that are different in one Scorecard RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have two cubes that are slightly different. I need to display data from both cubes in one scorecard but my problem is that I have a filter that only applies to one cube and when I use the filter and link it to my scorecard I receive and MDX error that the dimension was not found in the cube which makes sense. So my question is can I apply the filter only to certain KPI rows?

    Thx

  • I don't think you can apply filter to only a set of KPIs on scorecard.

Obvious solution is to split the scorecard and a hack (i haven't tried it but i suspect it will work) is to add the dimension on which the filter is based as dummy dimension on another cube. That means to add the dimension but do not attach it to any measure group.

Let us know if it works.

    Thanks
