  • Hi,

Does anyone know a way to activate and take ownership of the Tpm without having to reboot and press f10 using command line?

    Thanks,

    Bobby

  • Hello there

As much as I know, there's no real workaround for this. I'm glad that this doesn't work, otherwise this would be a HUGE security issue. This is something "hardcoded" in the BIOS and on the TPM chip.

    Kind regards

  • Yup, it's a 'Security Feature' with no known workaround(that I know of).

  • Might want to check with your hardware vendor to see if they have any tools.

this guy is discussing something that works, but I don't use TPM, so no idea if it makes sense.
