Unable to obtain Windows Vista Anytime upgrade key

Since I cannot purchase the activation key, if I purchase a new copy of Windows Vista home (which is what I used when installing the upgrade), can I use the activation key from that new never activated copy, and will it in turn activate my windows vista anytime produt.

Or is there anyway to purchase an activation key for my windows vista anytime upgrade from any other source?

Download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and choose a suitable Windows 7 Upgrade edition which can be purchased from the Microsoft Store. Unfortunately, Windows Vista Anytime upgrade licenses are no longer available.
