    Hi

    I have the need to create a DVD containing all the updates of any operating system and Microsoft product so I can also upgrade the offline computers. So, how can I create this DVD?

    Otherwise you might consider some non-Microsoft method, such as this example:
    http://www.wsusoffline.net/docs/

    (I have personally never used either of these methods)

    Not having a Windows Server, it is possible to create a DVD with all the updates using Windows 7/8.x/10? If so, what WSUS client should I use? There is a WSUS client able to create a DVD that contains updates of another operating system other than the one in which is ran the WSUS client?

    you may also consider building a custom installation media with all the updates slipstreamed in it or capturing an existing desktop image as a deployment template
