Sorry for delay.
Based on the error message, it seems that the database online check has exceed the max limitation (it's almost 11.47 TB in your current environment), and we need use offline defrag to reclaim free space.
However, I don't find any limitation settings in JetStress. I will keep looking, and update if I get news.
Moreover, is there any special issue within your Exchange?
