Office 365 unexpected behavior of a mailbox RRS feed

    Greetings of the day..!!

    Need your help guys... stuck in a serious situation.

    Office365 (Exchange Online)

    In a organization, One of our users is not able to receive email from a outside particular domain, where all rest of the users is getting email from that particular outside domain, there is no any extra mailbox rule is defined to that user, i tried to trace the mail for that users but found nothing.


    Users "A" to "Y" receiving email from "abc@domain.com" (external domain), only user "Z" is not getting email from "abc@doamin.com", mailbox rules for user "Z" is same as "A" to "Y" users.

    abc@domain.com is not getting any NDR for mails sent to user "Z".

  • Hi,

    What information did you get from the Message Trace in Exchange admin center? Could you provide a screenshot about the delivery status and the message events? You can expand the message events to see if there is any error.

    Meanwhile, please try to add the domain to the user's safe send and domain list to see if it helps. If the user is having the issue on Outlook, please check he has enabled any Junk Email Options that could block or delete the emails.
