Please take the steps from the
Solution 4: Disable TCP/IP “Receive Window Auto-Tuning” and/or “Receive Side Scaling”,
as the previous solutions are not applied to Windows 7.
Also, the Remove Differential Compression feature does not affect the transferring speed. For more information, please refer to:
