Skype sing in to office 365 RRS feed

    Gents,

    while trying to sign in to office 365 to migrate an account from on-premise Skype to Skype online we got  the error below, appreciated if you can take a look .

    Hi e3sar,

    Make sure you use the admin account of O365 to sign in.

    Please check the winRM service is running on the server: “winrm quickconfig”.

    Also please check if there is any proxy configured: “netsh winhttp show proxy”.

    Try to use “netsh winhttp reset proxy” to reset proxy if it exists.

    Note: please remove your private information in your hyperlink screenshot.

    thank you again, we were using the wrong proxy, once we changed it signed in successfully
