    Exception code: 0xc0000005

    it's time stamp incorrect ? or what (windows 10)

    Hi,

    Is there any change before this issue?

    If yes, please revert back the changes to see the results.

    When did the issue occur, running or after installing?

    Please check if you have a restore point to do System Restore.

    Please confirm with that application’s vender to make sure it’s supported on your current version of Windows 10.

    And you could try to run this application in compatible mode. Under Compatibility tab, choose Run this program in compatibility mode for, change the version to see if it works well.

    Please try to use clean boot to boot PC into a clean environment to see it the issue still occur.

    In addition, please check for and install any available updates. (Type Check for updates in search box , then select Check for updates. )
