Sorry, I based my previous answer on sequencer version 4.6.
With 5.0; Custimize > Next > .. > Continue to modify package > Shortcuts &nd FTAs-tab, add shortcut by right-clicking "Applications".

You can create a shortcut to the exe yourself.
After the monitoring fase choose Customize, in the Edit Shortcut fase Add a shortcut to your exe.

Hi ben
On Customize there are only 2 options:
Streaming and Target OS
On Streaming there are no applications showing (App-v Sequencer 5.0.285.0)
Thanks

Could you not create the shortcut or did the application not work after getting the shortcut working?Thursday, April 18, 2013 2:01 PM -
I Could create but when i was sequencing i had an error. Looking at the event viewer i saw why is not working properly
Sequencer skipped creating extensions for 'C:\folder\app.EXE' since 16-bit applications are not supported.
Think there is nothing i can do.. right?

I made some tests
if i copy onle the c:\windows\system files to the PC.
If i execute the applicaton located on c:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\AppV\Client\Integration\CODE\Root\ folder it wont work.
The funny thing is that if i execute the same application located on C:\ProgramData\App-V\CODE\VERSION\Root\ Folder it works.
any thoughts?
*is 32 bits generated and in a 32 bits im testing

Hello,
16-bit applications are not supported within App-V 5 - regardless of platform architecture
