Operator Set up

I dont know if this is the correct section for this question. I would like to set up a direct line to the operator and if she doesnt answer then go to the AA. Is this possible and the second part is i need the operator to be able to answer 4 different numbers.

I would recommend that you setup a Response Group for each number. Assign the operator to a group that can answer calls going to each response group. Inside each response group, you can set a timeout value and have unanswered calls go to an Exchange AA.
