  • Also, can you open the Action Center on the taskbar > Maintenance > View reliability history > View all problem reports

Can you right-click on a few of the "Internet Explorer"  "Stopped working" errors > View technical details

What are the details of the errors?

There is a "Copy to Clipboard" link at the bottom.

Paste the information first into Notepad and then recopy the information from Notepad to post here.

  • Hi Larry,

Did this issue only occur when you attempt to access MSN website?

It's recommended you do the followings one by one:

    1. Install the latest updates

    2. Run the Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter

    3. Turn off hardware acceleration

    4. Turn off add-ons

    5. Reset Internet Explorer settings

The detailed information, please read this article:

  • Better place to solve this problem is answers.microsoft.com

In any case more information is needed. Event log errors and warnings, some history on updates, installations and change of configuration, etc. Most important are error codes and exact error wording. We are not wizard here and cannot see what you are doing.
