"No such interface supported" problem. Help! RRS feed

  • Question

  • As I opened my laptop, two pop-ups appeared: 1) Synaptics TouchPad Enhancements has stopped working 2)AVG Anti-Virus is not able to recognize your License Number. I thought those were only two minor problems I need to fix, but then I clicked "My Computer", another pop-up appeared. It says, "No such interface supported". I also tried Control Panel "::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0 No such interface supported", My Documents among others and the same pop-up appears. Can someone help me fix this problem? I can't afford to reformat my laptop, very important academic files are in their and I can't access them all. Hoping for a response. Thank you!
