Bit locker recovery RRS feed

  • On another computer which has windows 10 installed at switch on  am prompted to enter the bitlocker recovery key. The screen however seems locked and no amount of waiting seems to unlock it meaning I cannot enter the key. What to do?

    Based on your description, try to unlock a BitLocker-protected drive with command prompt to see if any help referring to the following link:

  • Are you aware that the key only consists of number? In other words, if you mistakenly enter a password here, consisting of letters, it will not display those and you may think it does not accept anything you enter.
