Computer keeps closing down and get message that computer has stopped to prevent damage RRS feed

  • Question

  • My computer turns itself off and I get a black screen with the following message:-

    Win32.sys address BF8376D2 at BF 800000 Satestamp 5085071F Page_Fault_in_Nonpage_Area

The above seems to change each time the computer switches itself off for instance next time it will read:-

    Win32.sys. address BF956C9 base at BF800000, stop

I have followed the advice that came up with Microsoft Windows Error Reporting that appeared on screen, when I restarted the computer. But I do not think it is a driver issue - or maybe it is? I have recently installed MS Office Pro 2012 and had a lot of issues and problems since, which I presumed were security issues as I am now also connected remotely to a server for work and all the office programmes - Word, Excel, ,Access etc come up with 'enable'which has to be clicked in order to work on a document.

Is there a way that I can fix this Win32.sys issue? or do I have to do a system restore? HELP!!
