I have been trying to do a couple of updates. I have my software to update daily at 1AM. Last successful update was on 9/28 for Windows Defender. There are a couple of updates which never install. Office 2003 Service Pack (SP3) and the newest optional is Windows Dream Scene. I have checked the optional box and tried to download myself. The icon and dialogue for the update say updating 0% complete. That never improves no matter how long you wait. Any questions or answers that might point me in the right direction?
