  • Microsoft Project 2013 - how do I create a calender for a night shift starting on a Saturday night and finishing Sunday morning?

    Let's say the night shift starts at 11:00PM on Saturday and finishes at 7:00AM on Sunday.

    1. Go to Project > Properties group > Change Working Time

    2. In the Change Working Time window, click on the Work Weeks tab in the lower half and then click on "Details"

    3. Set up the two days as shown:

    4. If you want to extend a night shift sequence, use the following setting
