Digital Phone Calls Recording

Question

Hello ,
we are going to make a full OCS deployment including integration with VOIP gateways using Mediation servers , but we need to record all digital phone calls , i serached about this and found that OCS 2007 R2 doesn't support this OOB , and in order to do this we should do one of the following two options:
1- using 3rd party application integrates with OCS that make digital phone calls recording
2- using Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API 2.0 Core SDK , but it needs some coding to work
for the first option ( 3rd parity app. ) , could you provide me with some applications that microsoft recommends
for the 2nd option , am i right ? i mean using Unified Communications Managed API 2.0 Core SDK needs coding or it can work with OCS and record phone calls without coding ?
thanks for your expected support

Microsoft don't recommend any call recording software.
The options I am aware of are:
Callrex http://www.telrex.com/
Live PA http://www.postcti.com/livepa.asp
You actually need to write the code. There is some sample code for call recording I beleive but you would still need to modify this for your requirements. If you are interested in more details there is a UCMA forum here http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ucmanagedsdk/threads

As always make sure to do homework with each of these solutions. I tried out the telrex stuff and I liked it overall except the fact that all calls (including EV to EV) is dropped down to G711 so it can record it. Not sure on the others - I'm going to do a little research myself and report back.

Its real did it.
for outcoming call - create meet now and add people to meet by phone, then start Record
for incoming call - add to dialogue another contact from lync and start record.
