As far as I know, in the WSUS console, you can't seem to do this directly.
WSUS will download all relevant update metadata about the products
and classification you have selected during the process of syncing with Microsoft Update, which includes different CPU architectures and versions. And the updated file will only be downloaded after the update has been approved by you.
So you can consider manually approving the 64-bit updates that client computers need. You can also consider making an automatically approved entry that will automatically be approved for updates that are needed by the client, which is much easier than rejecting
32-bit updates one by one.
