SCSM - Encrypted email not opening Ticket RRS feed

  • Hello y'all,

    We use SCSM 2016 as our ticket platform and recently we started to do some tests with mail encryption.

    One of the problems we have is that SCSM not opens any ticket if we send an email encrypted.

    Anyone has this problem?

  • Hi,

    If you are using the default Exchange connector, then this won't work. Luckilly, there is an alternative. It is a PowerShell based (SMLets and cmdlets) Exchange connector, which seems to offer even more advantages then working with encrypted mails. You can read about it here:

    I haven't tested it personally, but think that the solution of Adma is genius and will definetely take time to test it.

    Currently there are no other alternatives to that.
