I Have Been Having Trouble RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have been having trouble shutting down and restarting my laptop with Windows 7. On top of that, My Pictures files have been corrupted. My laptop can only sleep or hibernate. I just did a full anti-virus can on my Windows Security Essentials, and removed a corrupted program. I can access my Pictures by day posting, but that's it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

  • Perform Clean Boot

Have your computer in clean boot state and play the game. See if this helps you in getting through the server.

  • Hi,

Can you perform the System restore on your PC?

Please force shut down by press power button and try to boot into Safe mode by pressing F8. We can first try the last good configuration.

Check events for shut down issue and post back the details for our research:
