  • Hi there,

When you open the project BI center from PWA, You can create Dashboard report using Performance point designer & Excel service/SSRS reports. URL may be like this:
    http://servername/ProjectBICenter/Pages/Default.aspx

Office Data Connection File is to provide connection information to a Reporting Services report. An .odc file can be used in place of an .rsds file when you create a shared data source. The report server uses an .odc file in the same way it uses an .rsds file; it reads the file for the data source type, a connection string, and credential information. For more information, Please refer to msdn article:

PerformancePoint Data Source is used to create PerformancePoint Dashboard Designer report which can access different kinds of data stores and to combine data from different resources such as SQL Server tables, Office Excel 2007 worksheets, and multidimensional data from SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
