Lync 2013 trunks with Gradwell RRS feed

  • Has anyone got experience configuring Lync 2013 to use Gradwell SIP trunks?

  • Yes - we have quite a number of clients using this - but we have some specific ACME Packet SBCs that the calls need to go through to ensure compliance, so if you're using generic sip trunks we'll need to adjust them.

    It is best to specify lync sip trunks when ordering from the sales team and we have an inhouse lync specialist who can help if you ask the support team.
