How do you remove a scanner driver that is for a device no longer on the pc in Papetport 14? RRS feed

    I am running paperport 14 under vista.  I have two twain devices and two WIA devices listed in the selections screen but one twain adn one WIA device are not on the pc.

    Hello Paul Lipton.

    Open the Windows Device Manager and click "Show Hidden Devices" in the "View" menu; right-click the device you want to remove from your system and select the "Uninstall" command from the contextual menu. If you want to disable only that device, instead, select the "Disable" command.
