  • Hi Glenwood1,

    Please try the following steps.

    1. Have you installed any third party solutions on the server, like performance monitor tool? If so, remove it.
    2. Disable the “Check for server certificate revocation” option from IE > Internet options > Advanced > Security category.
    3. Ensure Office 2007 and SharePoint component of Office 2007 is installed. Unregister and re-register the OWSSUPP.DLL file. Then repair Office 2007.
    4. In some cases, this issue can also be caused by a damaged profile. If problem still persists, re-create the profile.

    Thanks & Regards,

  • Hi there Emir,

"Have you installed any third party solutions on the server, like performance monitor tool? If so, remove it."

I have the same problem when trying to "Export to spreadsheet"!

And I have installed a monitoring tool. How could this have an affect??

    EDIT (Extra information):

The monitoring tool comes in the form of agents which are windows services. One of which required WMI classes that didn't exist on the servers before hand. To fix this problem we ran two commands:

    WINMGMT.EXE /CLEARADAP

    WINMGMT.EXE /RESYNCPERF

May your PC's be fast and your restarts few.
