Asset Intelligence sync status connection pending RRS feed

  • HI! We have in our environment this Asset Intelligence sync status:

    We have the AI sync point system role on our WSUS server that is also the Software update point, and from the AIUpdateSvc.log, i can see this error:

    When I browse to the specified website https://sc.microsoft.com/CatalogService/service.svc from the WSUS server, i get this message:

    Server Error
    403 - Forbidden: Access is denied
    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied

    Any ideas how to fix this?

  • Apply the cumalative update and wait 24 hours. I had the same issue which was resolved by installing CU1.
