    HI! We have in our environment this Asset Intelligence sync status:

    We have the AI sync point system role on our WSUS server that is also the Software update point, and from the AIUpdateSvc.log, i can see this error:

    Asset Intelligence Catalog Sync Service Information: 0 : Tue, 23 Oct 2012 21:57:06 GMT:Next scheduled sync is within poll period. Kicking it off..

    When I browse to the specified website https://sc.microsoft.com/CatalogService/service.svc from the WSUS server, i get this message:

    Server Error
    403 - Forbidden: Access is denied
    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    Apply the cumalative update and wait 24 hours. I had the same issue which was resolved by installing CU1.
