  • Hi,

Which version of Windows did you upgrade from? XP?

does this file exist on your system?

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll (your error message does not give the faulting package full name... strange)

ntdll errors are usually associated with a device driver incompatibility (probably your display driver)

    Start>Windows Update

and check the optional updates section for device driver updates

(you should turn automatic updates on, to ensure your machine always has the latest patches on it..... MS research indicates that many home and small business users do NOT turn on automatic Windows Updates)

Start>Action Center.... which will list what actions you should do to fix any computer problems.
