  • Question

  • Hello.

Why when I plug a same Keyboard to different systems then my Keyboard Layout changed? For example, In system A, "SHIFT+T" vs. system B. All systems have a same Windows OS version.

    Any idea?

  • Hi,

Do you mean many function keys changed their function on another computer or all the keys on keyboard have changed the layout?

Where did you check them in notepad or Office product?

At first, we could check the symptom with another USB port.

please download the compatibility and latest keyboard driver from the key board website. Or we could delete the existing keyboard driver and restart computer to reload a new one.

Here is a similar issue described in article: Windows may not use the correct keyboard layout when you connect a USB keyboard to the computer. Please refer to it and check if it is useful for you.

    Bests,

  • Hi,

As Microsoft office product will have it's separated hot keys, we could try to check if the issue occur in notepad.

If the issue only occur in Microsoft product, we should contact with Office support to specify the issue.
