  • Configuration seems to be fine.

Still I really think there should be some blockage in network traffic. Did you check network packets as I suggested in my earlier post?

Did you try checking any blockage in communication caused by antivirus on Hub transport server?

Also did you restart the exchange topology service?

Also check for event ID's on edge as well as on Hub server. If any event ID's are getting generated post them here.

Refer below link which explains how to configure Edge server.

  • This shows necessary port for the communication have not been opened.

Check the below links which explains about pre-requisites,

  • Check for any of the antivirus blocking the communication.I presume all the windows firewall have been turned off.

if possible use wireshark to capture the network traffice and check for any of the network blockage.

if nothing works out please try restarting the exchange topology service from services.msc .

    Hope this helps.

  • hi

my network is as follows: domain controller (DController, ip: 192.168.14.10, GW: 192.168.14.2), CAS,HUB,MB server(Mail: 192.168.14.25, GW: 192.168.14.2), Edge server (Edge1: 192.168.14.55, GW 192.168.14.2) which is not joined to a domain, resides in a workgroup. is there something maybe wrong with my ip settings that might be preventing my Edge to sync with my Hub server?
