  • Actually Services.exe is a file of spyware or a virus which can be installed while downloading from internet. The remedy is to update Anti Virus Defenitions or program. If the problem still exists try to change the Anti Virus. Instead of AVG try Avast free anti virus which is good. Actually for the last 2 years i am using Avast and cant find any such popups until now.

    getting info from internet as..

This is the Services Control Manager, which is responsible for running, ending, and interacting with system services. Use this program to start services, stop them, or change their default from automatic to manual startup.

Note: The services.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, services.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm!
