Outgoing mail blocked by hotmail,outlook and live RRS feed

  • Dear reader,

    Since last year we've been encountering problems with our outgoing mails to hotmail, outlook and live mailboxes. These are automatic mails generated by our system (webshop) and mails that have been send by employees. At first the mails came into the spambox from our customers but since 3 weeks no mails arrive, not even in the spambox. I've checked the spamdatabases with our domain (www.plintenfabriek.nl) but it all checks 'OK'. Can anybody point me in the direction of a solution?

  • Problem fixed. Added some code to the send line. Got it from this forum ==> http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10622808/how-to-change-the-return-path-header-on-email-notification

    Do you have a local Exchange server or are you using O365.

    You might want to try the Remote Connectivity Analyzer:
    https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
