WSUS can not install Feature update to Windows 10 Pro, version 1607, en-us
Error -
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with
error 0x8000ffff: Feature update to Windows 10 Pro, version 1607, en-us
>>>Did you cannot install annually update to upgrade Windows 10 to 1607 by WSUS?
If yes, have you install
KB3095113 and KB3159706 on WSUS?
If not, please delete the upgrade then re-download it:

On the WSUS client, clear SoftwareDistribution folder in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, check if after doing the above it could
work.
