Delay delivery email in our domain. RRS feed

  • Hi to all.

    Today one of our user complain for a delay email.
    The message send to 3 different users. One of them says they deliver it after a couple of hours.

    (I dont have any idea what time the other user's receipt the email)

    The message tracking in out exchange (Exchange 2007) says delivered the same second.
    The point is the specific user he had no reason to lie about the receipt time

    Did anyone has any idea??

    Get the message header and search message Analyzer from below site.

    https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

    Read the output and check from which server mail got delay and for what time.

    check the effected server performance for the time issue occurred.
