Global Replacement to Q & A paragraph headers produces all caps RRS feed

  • Question

  • I transcribe interviews that are usually formatted so questions begin with a  "Q:" and answers with an "A:". From time to time I need to go a global change to these identifiers with upper/lower case alternatives, eg, Q is intended to be "John Smith" and A is intended to be "Jane Jones." Word consistent produces "JOHN SMITH" and "JANE JONES". How do I change this ALL CAPS formatting?
