When creating a meeting request in Outlook (O365 Pro Plus ver. 1701) "Location" not populating RRS feed

    I've sent up two conference bridges as "room" in Outlook. I've populated in the "location" line of the setup the phone number, extension and PIN. But when these are selected as "rooms" when creating a meeting request, the location information does not populate in the meeting request "location" line-instead we just get the name of the room (conference bridge 1).

    I believe we've been able to make this work in the past.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Brian,

    How did you set up the conference rooms?

    From where did you edit these information? Did you do it in Outlook?

    If you want Outlook to display these information, you will need to add these info to the display name of the rooms.
