Skype for Business On Prem Requirment

Hi,

We have existing Skype for business online environment with all users on O365. For integration with one of the chat app, we need to have a Skype for business On Prem environment with minimal configuration.

Skype for Business with standard edition pool and edge server.

I need to know what are the steps that we need to follow in designing and implementing On Prem environment when there is already O365 environment running. Is there any article for the same.

Also, on licensing part, I would need Server license for 1 front end server.

What about User license, whether CAL will be required as all users are already on O365.
