need normalization rule to completely change the number RRS feed

    i don't understand how to change this, but when lync users dial 411, i wan to change it to 4155551212 to go out the carriers own directory assistance service

    has anyone built a rule like this before, are you able to share it?

    This should be easy enough.

    Pattern to match: ^411$

    Trans rule: +4155551212

    We are matching 411, stripping 3 digits (all the 411) and replacing it with +4155551212

    I'm assuming you need a + on the output to route it.

    You might need to be careful of the priority of the rule so a higher rule doesn't translate it to something else.
