  • Hi Pavan _Dixit,

What's your account type? Exchange or IMAP?

If the OST file is corrupted, normally, we can recreate it. Because for exchange account, the local data file(.ost) is a copy on your computer. All your items are saved on the server.

Please delete or rename your OST file and Outlook will recreate the offline Outlook Data File (.ost) the next time you open Outlook.

Reference: Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost)

Besides, do you encounter any issues with Outlook client? If recreating OST file doesn’t help, you can also post back with more details. We are willing to help.

    Regards,

    Perry
