Driver Power State Failure RRS feed

I'm getting the blue screen. Driver Power State Failure- In brackets several numbers starting with (0x0000003, ......).

I get a message that it was caused by a camera driver. I tried to install the software from an old Camera and got a message that no updates were available for Vista and it could not install. I don't know if this is the cause. Other than that I have not installed any other Camera drivers. When I look in my Hardware list there are no cameras listed and there is no software associated with any cameras available to uninstall.

Any suggestions? Are there any tools in Vista to help me determine the problem?
