  • As I thought:

    Something strange: tbchnmxchts tbchnmxchts.lnk
And Download Beast does not look good, too.

For me the only known and safe apps are:
    BCSSync
    AVGNT
    SunJavaUpdateSched

I recommend you using some rescue CD with antimalware and scan/remove malware from your computer.
I would also recommend to check and clean up your computer from bloatware.

I am sorry I can not provide any simple solution.

    M.

  • Hi.

It looks there is a problem with some startup program. Please check application event logs for details/to identify what application fails.

You can list and enable/disable startup programs using msconfig tool or some 3rd party tools (e.g. ccleaner, ...)

  • Hi.

Not really - I mean Windows logs -> Application logs

There should be some errors generated by faulting application.

Would you run msconfig and show a content of Startup tab? Please resize a window to fit a list of all startup items on screen.

    Thanks

    M.

  • I understand. Unfortunately any of screenshots did not show a cause. We just see that applications are crashing.

Would you click on Start -> Run -> cmd
    (and press Enter)

And in command line please type
    wmic startup get caption,command > %userprofile%\desktop\startup.txt
    (and press Enter)

Then close a window and attach here a content of startup.txt file, which will appear on your desktop.

    Thanks

    M.

  • btw: maybe there is one "simple" solution: Backup your documents, your email and use recovery DVD from manufacturer or recovery partition (you can find futher information in your notebook's users guide). It will reinstall operating system and your computer will be working again. Using this solution you can loose all data on your hard drive and you will have to reinstall printer and other devices. So it depends on you.

Good luck and if you will need futher assistance, let me know.
