    Is there a way to disable ipv6 through the unattend.xml using WSIM for Vista Business SP1?

    Not that I know of.

     

    Use a silent reg import for example:

     

     

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters]
    "DisabledComponents"=dword:000000ff

    Adding that setting seems to work.
    Opening command prompt (as admin) and typing ipconfig /all stopped showing any ipv6 information.
    One oddity.  After adding the entry and rebooting, ipv6 still shows up with a check mark under Local Area Connection Properties.
