Single Sign on for Sharepoint 2013 (on prem) using Neon CRM credentials (OAUTH/REST)

We have a SharePoint 2013 server and are trying to implement SSO using NEON CRM credentials. Below is the developer's resources page for the NEON CRM:

https://developer.neoncrm.com/api/accounts/oauth-2/

I do understand that I have to consume their REST API to make this work but what I do not understand is how and where in SharePoint do I have to make this call. Any help or suggestions are much appreciated.
