Roles and Features dont work, windows update failing. RRS feed

    Hi, i have one server with this problem and after trawling the net this isnt a new issue.

    I can no longer access the server roles and features, when i refresh the page i get

    "Unexpected error refreshing Server Manager: No signature was present in the subject (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800B0100)"

    After running the system readiness tool i get the following log

    i've tried downloading that update manually but it wont install,
